In tandem with the wine portion of our radio this month we are here to bring you a different kind of blog post. Anyone who is going to have this beautiful Wine Bar Radio in their house is going to have to stock it-duh. But what to stock it with?

Every wine has its own notes that will bring out the best in certain dishes. Knowing which wine to drink with any meal is an art. Perhaps you are planning on cooking a good ole seasoned steak; if you want to focus your palette on the red meat you might pair it with a Cabernet Sauvignon but if you wanted to focus on the seasoning you might choose a Syrah. For a little crash course we have compiled a questionnaire for you to consider before choosing your dinner wine.
